This rare American Single Malt Whiskey was distilled in-house, grain to glass in the Pacific Northwest and aged for at least 2 years in American White Oak. We then laid the precious liquid to rest in one of two seventy-year-old French sherry casks. Enjoy this truly rare and hard-to-get spirit while you can.
NOSE: Bergamot with hints of bitter cocoa and cinnamon, brown sugar and butterscotch, followed with dried herbs. FLAVOR: Chocolate, dried fruit, sherry, biscuit, coconut, and cinnamon.
